48+ hours notice Full refund Cancel 48 hours or more before your visit for a complete refund.
24 hours notice 50% refund Cancel with at least 24 hours notice to receive a 50% refund.
Under 24 hours No refund Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance.

💛 Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required by bank transfer to reserve your slot. The remaining balance is due after the clean is completed.
